By accessing and using the website and the Client Portal of Prestige Messenger Services Corp. ("the Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the B2B business relationship for white-glove logistics and courier services in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
We provide our corporate clients with access to a secure external portal for shipment management. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and all activities that occur under your account. The Company is not liable for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence in protecting your credentials.
Prestige Messenger Services Corp. specializes in the handling and delivery of high-value items, furniture, and corporate documents. We reserve the right to refuse the transportation of dangerous, illegal, or items that violate state or federal regulations.
Our maximum liability for loss or damage to merchandise during transit is limited to the terms agreed upon in the individual service contract of each corporate client or the Company's standard cargo insurance, unless a higher value is declared in writing prior to collection.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.
